Student Login Page and Teacher Website

This tutorial explains the differences between Student Login Page and Teacher Website (Personalized Content Page), also how the access website address works.

1. Student Login Page

Each teacher using TutorPage has its own website address for students to access the Login Page. Your students' login page and user accounts can only be accessed at this website address. Usually, teachers use their name or business name as the first part of their websites' domain. For example: yourname.tutorpage.net.

You initially set your website address when you created your TutorPage account, but you can change it in your Account Settings Or Teacher Website-Domain setting.

It's important to be aware that changing the website address will mean that anyone trying to access their account at the old website address will not be able to log in. Also, any links sent in emails or other places will no longer be valid. For these reasons, if you're going to change your website address, you should do it as early as possible.

2. Enable Teacher Website (personalized content page)

There is a website builder feature available If you would like to build your own website.

Teacher Website allows you to display your personalized content to students on a customized website page; you can go to the Teacher Website section to enable it.

1. Enable your Teacher Website (Personalized content page).

2. Create/Edit your profile content.

3. A Website address used for accessing Student Login Page or Teacher Website

You only have one access website address.

1. The website address can be used for accessing your Student Login Page initially if you haven't enabled the Personalized content page feature.

2. Your students will land on Student Login Page or Teacher Website (Personalized Content Page) when students access the website address.

3. When you enable Teacher Website (Personalized Content Page), the Student Login Page will be disabled. So that once one landing page is on and another landing page is off, but access website address remains the same.
