About The Lesson Requests Features

This add-on/feature allows clients to log in to their TutorPage account and request lessons. They can easily view openings in the tutor schedule and request lesson bookings accordingly. These requests can then be accepted, modified, or declined with ease.

  • Enable/Disable Lesson Request Feature.
  • Student Booking will only be confirmed once the teacher accepts the booking request.
  • If the teacher has not accepted the booking 15min before class time, this lesson request will turn to decline automatically.

Benefit

Allow the teacher to last confirm students’ bookings and if they can accept the lessons to attend. To minimize schedule conflict and reduce the class no-show due to the unexpected last booking while calendars are on.

Teachers are able to add students to your list manually, and your students can add you as their teacher from the ID/QR code you provided or sign up from your website page.

Student Login Access

Students are able to log in seamlessly from your website or the student mobile app.

Online Payment & Invoice

Students can pay directly on your website through the majority of online payment methods. Or Teachers can generate an Invoice for students, and students can directly pay through the invoice you sent.

Course Setting (Market Place Storefront)

Course can be adjusted and created in detail, such as the number of lessons in the course and price per lesson. Students are able to view or purchase the course on your website or get lesson packages assigned from you.

Lesson Cancellation/Absent Record

Students/Teachers both can cancel classes by the allowed deadline before the lesson starts. The system reallocates lesson balance to students after cancellations. Absent records will also be automatically recorded.
