About Managing Online Lessons

This Add-on makes it possible to convert classroom tools (Target conference room) into clickable links, making it ideal to use with your preferred online teaching software, including Zoom and Skype.

When you and your student click enter classroom link, TutorPage will open your local conferencing software seamlessly and direct you and your students to the same target conference/meeting room.

However, you may want to use other classroom tools not yet integrated into TutorPage and wish to use the TutorPage system to manage your business. In that case, you can still use other External Classrooms in the system.

  • Teacher only sets one-time login, and the system will automatically create a meeting room every time for you and your students.
  • Classroom links to the conference/meeting room are automatically included in the scheduled lesson entrances.
  • Entrance link can be unique for each lesson(Conference/Meeting room).
  • Teachers and students can quickly click the link on the upcoming lessons entrance to access their online lessons.

Course can be adjusted and created in detail, such as the number of lessons in the course and price per lesson. Students are able to view or purchase the course on your website or get lesson packages assigned from you.

Lesson Cancellation/Absent Record

Students/Teachers both can cancel classes by the allowed deadline before the lesson starts. The system reallocates lesson balance to students after cancellations. Absent records will also be automatically recorded.

After-Class Feedback

Teachers are able to leave class feedback or write a lesson report to students/parents, such as how the classes were conducted and pronunciation/grammar so on.
