This add-on/feature is the perfect solution for online education businesses with teachers or students in different time zones. You can specify the time zone when scheduling lessons and set the time zone on teacher and client profiles so that their lessons are displayed in their local time.

  • Teacher set the local time zone after logging in to the teacher account.
  • Student set the local time zone after logging in to the student account.
  • Teacher can view the booked lessons’ display time in teacher’s local time zone.
  • Teacher availability can be displayed in student’s local time while the student checks teacher’s availability for booking lessons.
  • Time zone is automatically set to student's time zone when scheduling a lesson -- with the ability to override it.

Lesson Cancellation/Absent Record

Students/Teachers both can cancel classes by the allowed deadline before the lesson starts. The system reallocates lesson balance to students after cancellations. Absent records will also be automatically recorded.
